Inside Sales Rep - Do you meet the following requirements?

• Prior telemarketing or inside sales experience is required.
• Strong self-management skills are necessary.
• Experience with IT services or technology sales is preferred.
• A certain degree of creativity is required.
• Good ability with computers (browsing web sites, sending email, instant messaging) is required.
• Must be competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Complete training is provided for this position.
• This position is based in our Louisville KY office.

Inside Sales Rep - What will you do in this position?

• Calls prospective partners and sets appointments for sales representatives with senior level decision makers.
• Occasionally develops new prospects.
• Targets various regions or markets with specific messages to generate interest in our services.
• Able to explain to partners details about the services that we can provide.
• Works with team members in the office and in the field including field sales team.
• Plans and sets goals and then reports metrics to measure accomplishment.
• Telephones and/or send email to respond to correspondence from partners or to follow up initial sales contacts.
• Maintain records of contacts and partners within our computer system.
