Telemarketing Rep - Do you meet the following requirements?

• Prior telemarketing experience is preferred.
• Experience with technology sales is a plus.
• Good ability with computers (browsing web sites, sending email, instant messaging) is required.
• Complete training is provided for this position.
• This position is based in our Louisville KY office.

Telemarketing Rep - What will you do in this position?

• Contact businesses or individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for web design services. These leads may be either pre-qualified or unqualified.
• Explain our services and prices, and answer questions from prospective customers.
• Gather project information and determine services needed by prospective customers and enter those into our computer system.
• Focus on closing sales using the company process.
• Meet daily targets for number of calls, number of contacts, etc.
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for sales revenue.
• Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements or were contacted by you previously.
• Telephone and/or send email to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
• Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders within our computer system.
